MDC on Police Vehicles

This would be awesome for cops and increase roleplay. Pretty much its a portable computer on all the police cruisers that when you are pulling someone over you get there name and look it up on the database and it shows you what they have done. Kind of like the /recordcheck but it is way more fun. Also if you are arresting someone then you can add there crime into the database instead of using /recordcrime or whatever the command is. You can also send messages to other LEO's and other departments. This could help if say they have a pursuit and they can tell you what car they are in. For that situation, it would need another person in the car.
