Server, ERROR! (Can't connect!) Empty Server, ERROR! (Can't connect!)

Hello, I am Dhoni and I'm having problems with connecting. Not only me, even my neighbouhood friends can't coonect and also my brother who lives New York, we all can't connect to it.
When we enter IP and connect it just looks for the server and stays there forever. This happened today, yesterday was fine but today whole day it's not working, I'm missing the server NOW! Sad
